Expecting the unexpected

 

总理先生既然说"已怀胎",可否提前三个月让大家知道几时"生产",好让大家可以准备"鞭炮"。

Since the Prime Minister already says they are "expecting", would it be possible to inform everyone 3 months in advance on the "delivery date" so that we are able to prepare "firecrackers"?
