德士明明是交通工具为什么不能像公共巴士那样,
There are so many people who are used to hailing taxis by the roadside. The cab drivers would get complained if they do not stop to pick these passengers up; yet when they stop for passengers they might get fined for stopping illegally.
Taxis are supposed to be public transport, therefore why can't they be like the buses - to situate a taxi stand next to every bus stop?
