Fundraisers for the schools

学校不是有教育部津贴吗?学生是去学校学习筹款的吗?到底这些学校真的需要这么多钱吗?

 

 

Aren't the schools subsidised by the Ministry of Education? Do students go to school to learn fundraising skills? Do these schools really need so much funds?
