每次在大选之前选区就会被划分,划来划去,划到一些居民大选之后都不知到自己属于那个市镇理事会管辖结果给他们带来了不便。
市镇管理去掉政治化,国会议员是人民的代议士不是产业物资管理员,况且他们都没有这方面的经验,还有最终他们还是需要委托私人产业物资管理公司来帮忙他们管理市镇事务。
这样倒不如建屋局自己拿回去自己管理,如果担心人手不够,建屋局可以招标让产业物资管理公司来替他们管理市镇会事务,或是把这项任务交给市长来管理。
请不要再继续把市镇理事会政治化,制造一些不必要的麻烦给居民。切记政府的任务是为民服务,不要为了特殊的政治原因而设立太多的部门和单位,使到民众要申请或是付费时面对太多的不方便,请拿出决心尽快把鱼圆串在一起吧。

Town councils should be de-politicised so that, the MPs are solely the people's representatives. However, they are not managers of estate management nor are they trained in this aspects. As such, they still need to engage professional estate management firms to manage the same.
If that is the case, then they might as well let Housing Development Board (HDB) take over the management of the estate management. If they are worried that they may not have enough manpower to handle, they can always outsource to professional estate management firms on a "by tender" basis. Either that, or the task can be handled by the mayors.
Please stop politicising town councils and creating unnecessary inconvenience for the people. Bearing in mind that the jobs of MPs are to serve the people, there is no need to create so many different departments and units causing even simple things such as bills payment or asking for appeals to become cumbersome.
